REFUND/RETURN POLICY 

Gritty Resilience makes the best effort to make sure you are fully satisfied with your new gear.  However, if upon receipt, you notice your item is damaged or you need a different size, please reach out and notify us immediately at info@grittyresiliencegear.com. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES 

  • The returned item must be received by Gritty Resilience within 30 days of the order date.  

  • All returns must be accompanied by the original packaging, proof of purchase/packing slip and not have been worn, washed or used. 

  • The returned item must be free of debris, hair, deodorant, perfumes, stains, any evidence of wear, etc. 

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

  • If you receive your item and need to exchange it for a different size, please reach out to us immediately at info@grittyresiliencegear.com and we will get you taken care of. 

  • Please include the original order number and pertinent information that relates to the exchange. Please wait for a reply from Gritty Resilience prior to returning your items. If you ship your return without email correspondence from Gritty Resilience, your return/exchange will be rejected. 

TERMS ON EXCHANGE: 

  • Item must be in new, never worn, & never washed condition. If we determine that the items do not fit the criteria, we reserve the right to reject the exchange. The buyer will be responsible for shipping back to them or buyer will forfeit the item. 

  • If an exchange is granted, the item needs to be returned at the expense of the buyer unless otherwise overridden by Gritty Resilience and a return label is mailed to the buyer. 

  • If a return label has been issued, the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days from the date the return label is provided. Items shipped after 7 days may not be eligible for a refund or may qualify for a reduced refund amount. 

 

 

 

 DISCOUNT CODES   

Once an order is placed, a discount code cannot be retroactively applied to the order.  If you are having trouble with a discount code, please reach out to us at info@grittyresiliencegear.com.  

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY 

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled so please review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  

 LOST SHIPMENTS 

We will do our best to help in all situations, but we cannot be held liable due to errors committed by USPS or UPS and/or addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. If a package is undeliverable/unclaimed/damaged/missing, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the shipping service directly.  Gritty Resilience is not responsible for lost, unclaimed, damaged, missing, and/or undeliverable packages.
